YOMIOO may allow you to connect third-party social accounts, such as a YouTube channel or an Instagram professional account, and publish content you create on YOMIOO directly to those accounts.
10.1 Authorization
Connecting a social account is optional. By connecting an account, you authorize YOMIOO to access that account with the permissions you grant and to publish content to it only when you initiate or confirm a publishing action.
You may disconnect a social account at any time in your account settings or through the platform's own security settings. The number of accounts you can connect may depend on your plan.
10.2 Platform Terms
By using YouTube features through YOMIOO, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
By using Instagram features through YOMIOO, you agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's applicable policies.
10.3 Your Responsibility for Published Content
You are solely responsible for content you publish to connected accounts, including its title, description or caption, privacy setting, and cover image. You must ensure that published content complies with these Terms, applicable laws, and the policies of the relevant platform, including rules on copyright, disclosure of AI-generated or altered content, and community guidelines.
10.4 Platform Availability
Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. YOMIOO does not control and is not responsible for:
- a platform rejecting, limiting, removing, or restricting published content;
- actions a platform takes against your social account;
- API changes, quotas, outages, or delays;
- changes to the availability of publishing features.
How we handle data from connected accounts is described in the Privacy Policy.
